The Vision Team
CNC has an elected Vision Team of six team members who work with the church leader (Ashley) on the operational direction of the church. Meeting at least four times in the year, they develop the church’s program and goals.
As CNC is a registered charity we have five elected trustees who oversee legal and financial responsibilities, and set the long-term strategy of the church. They set the overall boundaries within which the Vision Team and the leader operate.
