Core Networks

We currently have around ten small core networks that meet during the week, usually in people’s homes, across the south of Cheltenham from the Reddings to Charlton Kings.

These networks meet around once a fortnight. They are groups of support and friendship, and are informal places for discovering and putting into practice what it means to follow Jesus. Different groups emphasise different things, some social, some Bible study, some fun, some teaching, some eating together, some prayer, some… all of the previous.

Our curate, Jo Pestell oversees the Core Networks at CNC. If you are interested in trying out a core network then email for more details. If you are already a member of CNC and are thinking of starting a group then get in touch with Jo so we can get the word out and give you any help you might need.

CNC–Cheltenham Network Church

CNC is a new kind of Church of England church. We work alongside the parish churches but don’t have our own parish. Instead we focus on the natural connections people have through the variety of ‘networks’ in their normal lives.

We are relaxed and informal and unashamedly family friendly with a membership made up from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and stages. Our desire is to be transformed by God and to transform the world around us.

For over 20 years CNC has worked in partnership with the churches in Charlton Kings under the name of Glenfall Fellowship. Now, with the generous support of the South Cheltenham Team Ministry, we are beginning a new season with a new name and a new venue.

Visit us in the Sixth Form Centre, Bournside School, 10:00 am every Sunday.
